Before anything is built, bought or decided, we spend ninety minutes with your team mapping where your data actually lives: every system, every copy, every country. You leave with the map whether or not you ever work with us. Most companies have not seen one.
Who should be in the room. Whoever runs IT, whoever runs finance, and whoever answers for legal or compliance. Ninety minutes with all three is worth more than three separate hours.
What you leave with. A one-page exposure sketch: your systems, where each one physically sits, which of them hold personal data, and an honest answer on whether you need to do anything further. Sometimes that answer is no, and we will say so.
No charge, and no obligation.
The ninety minutes tells you whether you have an exposure. It does not tell you the size of it, and it does not produce the document a regulator or a board will ask for. That is a three-week assessment, and it is the only paid step before anything is built.
Five deliverables, in three weeks:
Scope
Fixed fee, quoted against scope. We give you the number in the session, before you commit to anything.
Credited in full against any Raqmix platform engagement signed within six months.
On timing. Remediation takes longer than assessment. An engagement beginning after 30 September 2026 cannot realistically complete remediation before enforcement begins on 31 October. If you are reading this in October, the honest position is that we can tell you what your exposure is, but not fix it in time, and you should know that before you engage us rather than after.
This is a technical assessment of where your data sits and how it moves. It is not legal advice and it does not replace Egyptian counsel. Where the assessment reaches a question of legal interpretation, it says so and names it.
