Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law came into force with its executive regulations in November 2025. The regulations define cross-border transfer to include storage, which means data held on infrastructure outside Egypt is transferred data, continuously, whether or not anyone moves it. Transfer requires authorisation from the Personal Data Protection Center. Violating those rules is a criminal offence.
Separately, the Central Bank of Egypt does not register outsourcing service providers located outside Egypt.

ISO/IEC 42001 is the international standard for AI management systems: audited governance of how AI is built, what data feeds it, how risk is managed, and how its decisions are made accountable across their lifecycle. It is the most credible available answer to the question this product meets in every room, which is how you trust an AI near your ledger.
ISO 42001 covers AI management, not information security. That is ISO 27001, which we do not currently hold and have begun.
